Booking three months in advance, I was initially excited to get a room for free but was disappointed by the really old and extremely used rooms. The service, while trying to work around our times, could improve English proficiency for better communication. The location in the middle of Patong was amazing with great ocean views, despite being down steep slopes. The dining experience was very average, and the overpriced food was one of the worst I've had in Thailand. Overall, an average stay with some downsides.
